SDGs project jointly by three honey companies in Shinsaibashi

~ "Shinsaibashi's Honey" collaboration menu now available! ～

Together with the luxury lifestyle hotel W Osaka and Daimaru Shinsaibashi stores located in the same Osaka and Shinsaibashi area, we are working to revitalize the area and further connect with the local community.

The project, which was very popular last year, is revived! We are developing the third original menu using "Shinsaibashi Honey" collected on the main building of the Daimaru Shinsaibashi store. In collaboration with "ROOFTOP COFFEE JAM presented by Heirroom", which brings together about 20 famous roasters and sweets brands from all over the country for three days from Friday, October 4 to 6 (Sun). You can also enjoy pairing coffee and "Shinsaibashi Honey".

Shinsaibashi honey squash / 700 yen

Due to its popularity, it will be revived for a limited time!
Shinsaibashi honey squash made from honey collected in the Daimaru Shinsaibashi store.

②pasta gallery potto (B1F)

potto meat sauce, roasted kamanbert cheese and Shinsaibashi honey/1,890 yen

potto's specialty meat sauce is made over time using "Senbonsuji", a rare part that can only be obtained about 0.2% of a cow.
Topping with gorgeously broiled Camanbert cheese. The triple combo of meat, cheese, and Shinsaibashi honey is "happy pasta" while feeling virtue.

Uses honey from the roof of Shinsaibashi. Thinly coated honey candy tuned for apple candy. Salame sugar dipped on the bottom enhances the sweet scent of honey.
Premium apple candy, decorated with gold leaf on the surface, sparkling the night view of Shinsaibashi.
