"Derailleur Brew Works", which has a brewery in Nishinari, Osaka, will be available for a limited time on the B1F!
We are committed to "Nishina Ri, a city that enjoys sake from the morning," and continue to make beer with free ideas that are not bound by common sense and 1pondo.
We select standard & seasonal beer, focusing on many brands that have won awards at domestic and overseas fairs. As a gift for yourself, as a gift for loved ones.
We also offer tastings, so please feel free to drop in.
This time, we will also sell baked confectionery using "malt lees", a by-product of beer brewing. Malt lees is full of dietary fiber and protein.
