"I've always liked the books published by PARCO Publishing. I felt that if we could present this important photograph from PARCO Publishing, it might be a wonderful art piece. When I showed and talked about the photos, I was very sympathetic to our thoughts, and decided to publish a photo book and hold a photo exhibition. Parco has always been respected for art, and there are places where artists can shine. I think it's very encouraging and hopeful." (Kiko Mizuhara)

Looking at the completed photo book, there are expressions of Kiko-chan that I have never seen and beautiful moments that make my chest hot. Surely, this creation will not be realized unless the hearts communicate and are deeply connected. Kiko-chan and Monica-san, I think this is a miracle created by their special relationship.

"I wonder if we've been working with Monica for about eight years. When she lived in Japan, the house was close and I met really well and talked a lot. What I liked was similar, and it was very close. When I look at Monica, I sometimes feel jealous. I take care of myself, and I really respect the passion for my work and the pride that I don't give up. If you don't like 1%, you'll be willing to stop on the way, and her work is persuasive because she sticks through her thoughts. "Kiko is a rare child, so I can do anything! If you say "or look at her, you don't want to do it, you realize that it's important to say NO properly. I came to think that I should work only with people who understand it by communicating it to others. Monica is also the person who gave me the opportunity to face myself." (Kiko Mizuhara)

The special works created by the relationship between the two became a photo book and became known to the world, moving the hearts of many people in the photo exhibition. Such a photo exhibition "DREAM BLUE" is now being held at PARCO GALLERY on the 14th floor of Shinsaibashi PARCO.

"I think the atmosphere is completely different from the photo exhibition at Shibuya PARCO. It is more conceptual, and rocks and stones are laid out so that you can feel the great nature. I think people who have seen it in Tokyo will see it differently." (Kiko Mizuhara)

"I had a space design by an artist named Rena, who I knew since I was 16 years old. The music was handled by Kristen, who traveled with me. They didn't feel like they were working, but they enjoyed creating them. I'm sure you can feel love from this space, and I think it's a space where you can slowly face each photo." (Motegi Monica)

Before being exposed to the threat of COVID-19 infection, everyone thought that free time was eternal. But it was suddenly lost, and it has not yet come back to us. That's why I want to leave myself to their free and lovely creations. There is an important sense that you are about to forget, the preciousness of freedom, and a dream-like space filled with all of them.
