―When Mr. Tamaki was active as a male top star at the Takarazuka Revue, dynamic dance utilizing his height was impressive. In this work, I'm looking forward to the changes in my work and expression when performing a female dancer.

Zhoujo: When I was a man, I was conscious of linear movements to make it look masculine. In particular, I've been focusing on how sharp and smart it looks. This time, I think that not only the curvie beauty as a woman, but also the powerfulness, so I would like to study how to get closer to Manuela.

―I'm also looking forward to the scene where Mr. Tamaki, who has been leading the opponent as a male role, dances with co-stars as a female role.

Zhoujo: It's certainly fresh. However, since I understand the feelings of the lead side, I know that it would be easier to lead if I was in such a position, so I think it was good to play a male role (laughs).

―The bright red dress worn in visual photography, which is also the poster for this work, was also impressive.

Zhoujo: It's very nice. I would like you to expect the costumes on the stage of the day. When I always wear costumes and hair and makeup on the stage, it is different from my face I usually see, so I have a feeling that the world view of the work will be further expanded. Even in this visual shooting, wearing that bright red dress has expanded the image of Manuela.

―During this shop cruise at Shinsaibashi PARCO, we stopped by an incense shop. I heard that you will change perfume according to your role, but what kind of fragrance does it fit with the image of Manuela?

Zhoujo: In kungyokudo, the scent of "Hanazono Sara" and "Phoenix Wisteria" seems to suit you. The gorgeous name seems to fit her atmosphere. I hope you can find a perfume that will expand your image and make you feel better.

―Music, script, and performers are made of distinguished people. It's going to be a good start in 2023.

Zhoujo: I think that being able to work with great performers and people with careers is more than pressure to learn. You can learn a lot, absorb it and study. It will surely be a meaningful work. Just as I finished reading the script in no time, every word of Manuela has become easier to convey, and the feelings of those who lived in that era should be conveyed more straightforwardly. After that, what will we be when we use it as a role and speak words? I'm excited from now on.
