“I drink 4-5 cups of coffee a day. It's like a wake-up after a meal, a switch on and off between work and private. Before, when I collaborated with a coffee shop in Fukuoka, I learned about beans, production areas, and blends. The taste and mouthfeel are completely different depending on the production area and roasting of beans. So you want to add sugar and milk to taste the original flavor of beans.”
