―How was your filming today?

It was my first time shooting in the form of a shop cruise, and it was interesting to try a style that I couldn't easily choose.

―What kind of fashion do you usually have in your private life?

I've always liked clothes, but recently I've just chosen something that's really easy or comfortable to wear. When I'm on the stage, I don't think about what to wear, and I'm going to wear something I've noticed. It's getting more and more blurred (laughs). Also, I often go to rural areas, so it's hard to fold and wrinkle. The pants I wear in plain clothes today are what I got from a senior voice actor, but it doesn't wrinkle at all.

―You often appear on the stage of PARCO Theater in Shibuya, but did you come to Shinsaibashi PARCO?

Last year I stayed around Shinsaibashi for about a month on stage performances, so I often stopped by Shinsaibashi PARCO. There are many unique shops, such as the second basement floor, and the station is close. That's why I came here for the first time in a long time, and I felt nostalgic. Shibuya is the same, but PARCO is still interesting. It feels like a place where you can meet something you've never met.

―What kind of impression do you have in the city of Osaka?

I have the impression of people and towns full of humor. When a taxi driver hit his head on the trunk, he said, "I forget how to drive" (laughs). I like that kind of feeling and Kansai dialect, so I'm excited when I hear it. Even in the stage where you are performing, "Watashitachi is Monogatari" (* performance is over), the lines of Kansai dialect are flying around, but it is coming down. When I went to an anime work last time, I was told that it was a bit into Kansai dialect.

―What is the difference between anime and the stage and performing?

In anime, pictures play, whereas the stage uses one's own body is physically different. That's why the amount of information you can put in your voice is completely different. If you play like an anime, you may have too much information in your voice, and you may have a mismatch with your body. So when doing the stage, I wonder if it is better to reduce the amount of information as much as possible while making use of what I have cultivated with voice actors. It's difficult, but I'm doing it while thinking a lot.

―Finally, please tell us what you want to do in the future and what you want to focus on.

I really like voice actors, songs, and the stage, but the stage where I have more stimulation and encounters. It's hard to play a single play for months, but I'm always discovering it. I can see what the rehearsal hall is fun and how the great people who are doing on the front line launch the play. The appearance of great actors making plays while suffering will save you, and it will also help you know various ways. I hope that you will continue to experience various works on many sites.
