Infiltrate the gourmet dungeon "Shinsaibashi Neon Shokudo Street" on the second basement floor of Shinsaibashi PARCO! ~ I can't easily go abroad, so I eat and walk with the feeling of traveling (Part 1) ~

"Neon Shokudo Street" opened on the second basement floor of Shinsaibashi PARCO. As the name implies, a total of 25 stores, including the first store in Japan, are lined up in an underground space filled with flashy neon lights. You can check the store lineup that is too unique on Shinsaibashi PARCO's official website, and this time we will cruise six stores where you can enjoy the feeling of traveling abroad, mainly Asian cuisine. Former staff of the Shinsaibashi digmeout cafe, Chuna-chan, a second-hand clothing store, and Yume-chan, a graphic designer, had a lot of food!

"da pai dang" was invited by the colorful lantern. The name of the store, which means Taiwan stall, has a Taiwanese night market-like atmosphere.
This specialty is homemade baked small baskets. Every day, the dim sum teacher invited from authentic China makes handmade one by one at the shop. The feature is that "the lower skin is grilled and crisp, and the upper skin is steamed. And the hot soup overflows from inside, "says Fujio, staff member. Indeed, baking makes it crispy and sticky, and you can enjoy the two textures of skin.

Four pieces of 520 yen (tax included) of grilled small baskets baked in Cali-to in a special iron pot.

When eating, first make a hole in the upper part of the skin to taste the soup, and then season the skin and bean with condiments to your taste. Because it is hot, be careful about the temperature and change the taste with incense vinegar, Chinese soy sauce, and bean drum oil.

Meat Juice! The moment. Be careful of burns because the gravy overflows really well!

In addition to dried shellfish ware and shrimp ware sold by dim sum masters, there are plenty of menus from Ate to meals, such as Kumo noodle (Wantanmen), Ro meat rice (Le Rohan), and fried Taiwan. Chuna-chan liked the dried shellfish grilling, saying, "The meat inside has a umami taste and it is very delicious!" By the way, except for some parts, takeout is also OK.

The dishes with punches with Chinese spices such as octagons go well with sake. 6 dried shellfish ware sold 720 yen (tax included).

The interior of the shop, such as steel tables and stools, is also cute, and it feels like you really came on a trip. As Mr. Fujio says, "I hope you enjoy cooking in the atmosphere of Taiwan as if you were a local area," you can enjoy the feeling of traveling abroad with sight and taste.
