Nakamura: Next, I would like to have a talk session on "pregnancy / pregnancy-birth" that is common during the maturity period. Ito also experienced pregnancy and childbirth when he was 31 years old. Have you ever felt any physical changes from pregnancy to postpartum?

Ito: Just remember, there have been a lot of changes (laughs). I was told by an obstetrics and gynecology teacher, but I was very sensitive to changes in my body because I had been dancing all the time. In the early stages of pregnancy, I felt that the pelvis was mischief, and I was surprised that the body was changing so much. The bigger the baby in the stomach, the heavier the body and edema. Just before giving birth, your feet will be cramped anyway. I heard it, but I wonder if there are so many symptoms.

Yoshida: Because there is a Chinese medicine to prevent your feet from cramping.

Ito: Do you have such Chinese medicine? I wanted to know during pregnancy.

Nakamura: How was your physical change after childbirth?

Ito: When I finished giving birth, I thought that my stomach would shrink right away, but I was shocked by myself with my stomach coming out because it wasn't exactly as it was. I felt that my waist bones were loose and the way I walked was biased, so I wish I had a little more knowledge about physical changes.

Nakamura: A question has also been received, "Please let me know if you have been aware of pregnancy and have been careful since you are in your 20s."

Ito: In my twenties, I was chasing my dream to live on a single job. Rather than caring for the body to have a child someday, I spent my days trying to make good performances and good works because my body could be broken. Because I was young, I had enough physical strength and energy to survive. But when you look back, it's good to work hard on Gamsha, but as you get older, it resonates later.

Nakamura: It is also important to take care of your body properly.

Ito: It is important to have a dream, but only if you have a body. You need balance.

Nakamura: "Pregnancy is not good because of irregular menstruation. Is there any improvement that I can do on my own?"

Yoshida: The mechanism of pregnancy is very complicated, and it is often that those who come to the hospital for hope of pregnancy do not understand the cause of infertility even if they do various tests. There are several treatments for pregnancy, such as in vitro fertilization, but some patients return when they say, "I'm going to travel with a change of mood", there are not many results that "I'm pregnant!" It is also important to take on the challenge of pregnancy with a generous feeling. In addition, as Mr. Ito was dancing, maintaining basic physical strength is very effective in childbirth and pregnancy.

Ito: Certainly, when I gave birth, I was praised by an obstetrics and gynecology teacher for "opening my feet well" (laughs). I was dancing and stretching, so I guess my hip was soft.

Nakamura: A comment has also been received saying, "Please give me advice to have a positive and enjoyable pregnancy."

Ito: It was also a measure during menstruation, but it is not to cool your body. Even when performing, I realized that the level of performance dropped just by cooling my body. I was warned by an obstetrics and gynecology teacher, "I'll get harder later," so I worked hard to manage my weight so that I don't get too fat. My mother told me, "You have to eat for your baby."

Yoshida: The times have changed when it comes to weight management during pregnancy, and "slimness" is no longer a virtue. It has also been announced at academic conferences that some weight gain is a good thing. Overseas people don't care even if they gain weight. Japanese have a very low BMI, and the negative effects are also occurring. I hope that nutrition management will make pregnant women feel happy. During the examination, the pregnant woman's face looks really good. At that time, I would like you to have a more enjoyable pregnancy period than to be patient. I want to tell you that pregnancy is great.

Nakamura: In addition, customers have received a question, "Please tell us about the risk of elderly birth."

Yoshida: Birth is not the only option of life. However, biologically speaking, giving birth to young children can lead to safe birth, and the risk of pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes and gestational hypertension syndrome is also lower. Even though anti-aging is progressing, childbirth has a significant effect on age. Next is the high rate of miscarriage. When you are in your 40s, you will have a miscarriage once in twice. If you want to think about pregnancy and childbirth in the future, we recommend that you know this information before planning your life.
