Midosuji Dining opened on the 13th floor of Shinsaibashi PARCO on January 21 (Thursday). Ten famous restaurants from Kanto and Kansai gather to enjoy a wide variety of genres, from Japanese to Western, Chinese, and cafes. On such an inevitable restaurant floor, we have tasted the specialty gourmet of each store! Let me introduce you to the first five stores. Various "delicious!" Japanese eel, Edogawa plump, soft, melty domestic eel.

The Japanese eel delivered by a long-established store in Kyoto is an Edo-yaki style that is steamed once and then baked. The melting texture and the traditional sauce are exquisitely matched, and the blissful time is no mistake.

Left: Unagiju special ¥5,000 (with liver suction and incense sticks) with 6 slices of plumply baked eel kamayaki. Right: ¥3,300 (with liver suction and tea suction, condiments, incense sticks) where you can enjoy various flavors.
