Do you have any other reason to continue?
Nakamura: When I looked at my paintings, I was often described as having a sense, fashionable, and good color, but that means that it is modern. From a certain point on, let's destroy that element one by one. Modern means that it will not work in five years. That's why you changed the color to the original color. He said that he abolished the fashionable color and only used the color of the pencil first used by elementary school students.
Don't stop by trend.
Nakamura: That's right. Even if it is no longer fashionable and modern color, if there is a need, I thought that the painting itself was getting stronger or evidence of the strength of the work. This is the case. I've always been thinking about being more polite and more polite.
- You will continue to hand-paint carefully.
Nakamura: It's faster to do this with the Begether curve on your computer now. But I think that continuing to hand-drawing is my weapon, or that writers will come out there. If you look closely, the lines are subtlely rattling, but I think that is also my own.
ーYou mean that hand-drawing becomes a weapon?
Nakamura: It's getting worse every year. Physically. So the band, the radio and the writing essays have stopped, and now I'm just focusing on painting. I really like editing radio, so I want to do it, but now I can't afford it. When I was young, it was okay not to sleep. If you don't sleep now, your heart will smash (laughs).
ー Speaking of which, Mr. Nakamura has many relationships with Shinsaibashi PARCO.
Nakamura: GODZILLA STORE Osaka and CAPCOM STORE OSAKA will draw pictures of the 20th anniversary of the "Reverse Trial" series. I have something to do with you. That's why I'm 45 now, but even if I'm 55, I'd be happy if I could have an exhibition here. Until then, I will do my best for my health. 10 years later.
