"Neon Shokudo Street" opened on the second basement floor of Shinsaibashi PARCO. As the name implies, a total of 25 stores, including the first store in Japan, are lined up in an underground space filled with flashy neons. As you can check the lineup of stores that are too unique on the official website of Shinsaibashi PARCO, this time we will cruise 6 stores where you can feel like traveling abroad, mainly Asian cuisine. The former staff of the Shinsaibashi digmeout cafe, Tuna, a second-hand clothing store, and a graphic designer Yume-chan, had a bite to eat!

The colorful lantern invited me to come "da pai dang". The name of the store, which means Taiwan food stalls, has a nice atmosphere like a Taiwan night market.
This specialty is homemade baked small basket wrap. Every day, a dim sum master invited from China makes handmade one by one at a shop. The feature is that the lower skin is crispy and crispy, and the upper skin is steamed. And the hot soup overflows from inside,” said Mr. Fujio, a staff member. I see, baking makes it crispy and sticky, and you can enjoy the two textures of the skin.

The grilled small basket package, which is baked in a special iron pot, is 520 yen (tax included) for four pieces.

When eating, first make a hole in the upper part of the skin to taste the soup, and season the skin and the bean as a condiment. Because it is hot, be careful about the temperature and change the taste with incense vinegar, Chinese soy sauce, bean drum oil, etc.

Two people receive a lecture on how to eat grilled kogoba. Don't worry because there are tips on how to eat on the table.

Gravy juice! The moment. A lot of meat juice overflows, so be careful about burns!

In addition to dried shellfish warehousing and shrimp warehousing made by dim sum masters, there are plenty of menus ranging from Athens to meals, such as wantanmen (wantanmen), Ro meat rice (le-rohan), fried Taiwan. Tuna-chan liked the dried shellfish grilling, saying, "The meat inside has a umami and it is very delicious!" By the way, except for some, take-out is OK.

A dish with a punch with Chinese spices such as octagon is perfect for sake. 6 pieces of dried shellfish are sold 720 yen (tax included).

The interior of the store, such as steel tables and stools, is cute, making it feel like I really came on a trip. As Mr. Fujio said, "I hope you can enjoy cooking in the atmosphere of the local area of Taiwan," you can enjoy the feeling of traveling abroad with sight and taste.

Two people drink dim sum atate and Tsingtao Beer and panda beer. This is almost Taiwan.
