The incident occurred about 200 posters found in the Parco warehouse. This poster, drawn by Seitaro Kuroda, was prepared for the "Message to the People Who Celebrated Seitaro Kuroda Coming-of-Age Ceremony-1,000 Poster Hand Drawing Project-" held at Shibuya PARCO from December 1987 to January of the following year. A poster that had been sleeping for about 32 years will see the light of day again at Shinsaibashi PARCO. Approximately 40 of the 200 pieces will be exhibited at Shinsaibashi PARCO, and as in the 1988 hand-drawn project, live paint again from the top of the poster group on display. The completed work will be exhibited at Shinsaibashi PARCO on a regular basis.

Seitaro Kuroda
Born in Dotombori, Osaka in 1939. The year after the end of the war, his father died of illness and became a man at home. He dropped out of high school in a year and boarded a U.S. military landing ship. After 18 months, I got off the boat and continued drifting on land. At the age of 23, he longed for printing and drifted to Yoshio Hayakawa Design Office. Even though he is not allowed to enter, he will continue to sit under Hayakawa. There, I met Keisuke Nagatomo. At the age of 29, he traveled to the United States and wandered around various places while writing pictures while doing physical labor. After his visa expired in a year, he returned to Japan and established a design office "K2" with Keisuke Nagatomo to sweep the graphic scene in Japan. At the same time, he will engage in exchanges with Akiyuki Nosaka, Yoshio Harada, Yusaku Matsuda, Hibari Misora, and other writers, musicians, and theatre. In addition, Kobe, which was damaged by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995, has continued to go to the affected areas and engage in painting activities such as creating signboards for temporary shops. Even at the age of 81, he has been actively producing anti-war activities both domestically and internationally.
