In line with the release of declaration of a state of emergency, the first food event "Curry Daisakusen" started "Shinsaibashi Neon Shokudo Street". This time, we invited Tatsuya Mishima, a curry researcher and creator of such an event, to ask about the back row of the event.

——This time, it's just a very luxurious collaboration curry, so I'm honestly busy. What did you do in the first place at Shinsaibashi PARCO?

I received a call from Shinsaibashi PARCO saying, "Please produce curry event!" So, when I'm thinking about what kind of event we can do, I connected with Mr. Furuya of [TANK]. You said, "Please use our space and do it at all." If I could use this place, I thought that I would be able to have a good event, and I took it. Did you actually start moving about a year ago?

——I see. Speaking of Mishima-san, "It's curry." What is the concept of this "Curry Strategy"?

First of all, I thought I wanted to book a spice curry restaurant that smells minami-like. If you do it in a location called Shinsaibashi PARCO, that's important. After that, I'm going to have a collaboration curry. I want a special feeling that can only be eaten at this event.

——Collaborative curry may certainly be. I understand that I am attracted to such a rare feeling.

Also, it was important to have stores that have not appeared in the event recently. If you like spice curry, you will definitely go to the spice curry event. I want those people to think, "I'm glad I haven't eaten for a while." Also, we focused on preparing an environment where you can serve quality or more that is comparable to eating at the store.
