The first place I visited was "BUTCHER &WINE" where you can enjoy a variety of meat dishes and wine marriages, mainly hamburgers made of 100% domestic beef. During the event, serve a colorful dish with popular beef sushi curry topped with seasonal vegetables. "It looks gorgeous and I can't wait to eat," says Kimura.

"I didn't eat anything from the morning, so I was hungry," he said. “You can eat as much as you like. The meat is also cooked well, so the taste comes out well. I really want to eat more, but today I will go around three stores, so I have to think about the distribution of stomachs," says Kimura.

―Today, I would like you to experience the charm of the curry operation. Does Mr. Kimura like curry?

"I like to eat well. I prefer home curry rather than spice curry, and when I was young, I ate a lot of curry that I had made at home instead of curry. I like "Gogo curry" from Kanazawa and I've been going all the time. When you are hungry and want to charge power, you often run into curry shops."

―“BUTCHER” is the main wine shop, but can you drink a lot of wine?

“I love everything with alcohol. I usually drink highball, and when I choose wine, it is dry. The sausage that I had after the curry was also delicious with spices and herbs. I missed the beer.”
