From October 31, 2024, the Welpa membership service (LINE app function) can be used with the ID and password of PARCO Members.

You can use the Welpa app membership card and various reservation services simply by logging in with your PARCO member ID and password from the Welpa LINE app.

If you have not registered as a PARCO Member, you will be able to use the various services of Welpa by registering as a new member from the Welpa app.

[What is Welpa?] 
"Welpa" is a concept type medical mall developed by Parco that proposes not only "where to go when you get sick" but also "place to take care of yourself". We operate at Shinsaibashi PARCO and Urawa PARCO. (As of October 2024) Welpa proposes options that suit each person, from medical care to self-care, in an environment that is easy to drop in casually.

【How to use the Welpa membership service with PARCO Members ID】 

①After adding LINE's "Welpa Shinsaibashi" or "Welpa Urawa" friends, open the talk screen.

②Tap "Membership Card" from the menu at the bottom of the screen

③Tap the “New Member Registration / Login” button on the PARCO Members link screen to proceed to the PARCO Members website.

④You agree to Welpa's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and register as a new member or log in as follows

・If PARCO Members are registered: From "Login", enter your registered email address and password with PARCO Members to log in.

・If PARCO members are not registered: Register PARCO members from “New Member Registration”

⑤After logging in and registering as a new member, the ID link between PARCO members is completed and the Welpa membership card is displayed.

 
[Notes]

・If you do not link your PARCO membership ID, you will not be able to use the Welpa membership service.

・If you have an account for the Welpa LINE app and have not linked the ID of PARCO members, please register as a new member of PARCO members and log in to cooperate with the ID.

・If the membership card screen is displayed, ID linkage with PARCO members has already been completed.
