From October 31, 2024, the Welpa membership service (LINE app function) can be used with PARCO Members ID and password.

You can use the Welpa app membership card and various reservation services simply by logging in with the ID and password of your PARCO members from the Welpa LINE app.

If you have not registered as a member of PARCO Members, you will be able to use various Welpa services by registering a new member from the Welpa app.

[What is Welpa?] 
"Welpa" is a concept-type medical mall designed by Parco that proposes not only "places to go when you get sick" but also "places to care for yourself". Shinsaibashi PARCO and Urawa PARCO. (As of October 2024) Welpa proposes options that suit each individual, from medical care to self-care, in an environment where it is easy to drop in casually.

[How to use the Welpa membership service with PARCO Members ID] 

①After adding a friend of LINE's "Welpa Shinsaibashi" or "Welpa Urawa", open the talk screen.

②Tap "Membership Card" from the menu at the bottom of the screen.

③Tap the “New Member Registration / Login” button on the PARCO Membership screen to proceed to the PARCO Member’s website.

④Agree to Welpa's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and register as a new member or log in as follows.

・If PARCO Members have already been registered: From "Login", enter the email address and password registered with PARCO Members to log in.

・If PARCO Members are not registered: Register PARCO Members from “New Member Registration”

⑤After logging in and registering as a new member, the ID linkage of PARCO Members is completed and the membership card of Welpa is displayed.

 
[Notes]

・If you do not link the ID of PARCO Members, you will not be able to use Welpa membership services.

・If you have an account of the Welpa LINE app and your PARCO Members ID is not linked, please register and log in to PARCO Members and respond to ID linkage.

・If the membership card screen is displayed, ID linkage with PARCO Members has already been completed.
