From October 31, 2024, the Welpa membership service (LINE app function) can be used with PARCO Members ID and password.

You can use the Welpa app membership card and various reservation services simply by logging in with the ID and password of your PARCO members from the Welpa LINE app.

If you have not registered as a member of PARCO Members, you will be able to use various Welpa services by registering a new member from the Welpa app.

[What is Welpa?] 
"Welpa" is a concept-type medical mall designed by Parco that proposes not only "places to go when you get sick" but also "places to care for yourself". Shinsaibashi PARCO and Urawa PARCO. (As of October 2024) Welpa proposes options that suit each individual, from medical care to self-care, in an environment where it is easy to drop in casually.

[How to use the Welpa membership service with PARCO Members ID] 
◎Those who are already registered as members of Welpa's LINE app 
①Open the talk screen of LINE's "Welpa Shinsaibashi" or "Welpa Urawa" 
②Tap "Membership Card" from the menu at the bottom of the screen. 
③Tap the "Registration and Login here" banner at the bottom of the membership card screen and proceed to PARCO Members' website. 
④After agreeing to Welpa's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, we will register as a “new member” or “log in” PARCO Members. 
④After registration is completed or logged in, ID linkage with PARCO Members is completed. 
※You can also register as a new member or log in to PARCO Members from the "Information on ID Cooperation" pop-up other than the banner. 

◎Those who have not yet registered as members of Welpa's LINE app 

①After adding LINE's "Welpa Shinsaibashi" or "Welpa Urawa" to your friends, open the talk screen. 
②From the menu, tap one of "Membership Card", "Reservation Confirmation" or "Reservation Confirmation". 
③The screen of "The PARCO Members ID is required to use the Welpa LINE app." is displayed. 
④Tap the "New Member Registration / Login" button to proceed to the PARCO Members website. 
④After agreeing to Welpa's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, we will register as a “new member” or “log in” PARCO Members. 
④After registration is completed or logged in, ID linkage with PARCO Members is completed. 

 
[Notes]
From February 25, 2025 (planned), Parco members' ID and password (new member registration or login) will be required to use the functions of Welpa's LINE app. 
If you do not link the PARCO Members ID, you will not be able to use Welpa Member Services. 
If you have an account for the Welpa LINE app, please log in with the PARCO Members ID and password, or register as a new member of PARCO Members to cooperate with IDs. 
 
※The full transition to PARCO ID is scheduled for February 25, 2025, but may change.
